| Extra Weight |
| Shipments weighing in excess of 50 lbs will be rated an additional $0.05 per pound (Inside del'y is $0.07). Dimensional weight may apply to shipments over 2 cubic feet. Dimensional weight is calculatd by multiplying length x width x height in inches x number of pieces and dividing by 194. |
| Attempted Pickup |
| A charge of 50% of the normal rate of the shipment will be assessed. |
| COD's |
| An additional $5.00 is assessed for any type of monetary collection. |
| Extra Man |
| $25.00 per hour. (One page minimum.) |
| After Hours Services |
| Weekends, Holidays and services from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday. All after hours services are RUSH only. |
| Waiting Time |
| The first 15 minutes are included in the initial rate. Each additional 15 minutes is $6.25. |
| Van Charge |
| $15.00 additional fee when van is required to complete delivery. |
